WE GOT LEGS NOW WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

1. added feet (for balancing, realism and cool stunts)
2. created an upgrade shop
   1. added the Astronaut Suit, a 100 money item that when worn will disable gravity for the wearer.
   2. added the Firesuit, which strengthens you against the firewall. over 2000 money for the whole set.
   3. added Wings, which enable you to correct your rotation and jump without touching anything with your feet.
   4. added Slow Time, an upgrade that makes the game slow down.
   5. money now has a use and can spawn
      1. all appearance changing upgrades CAN STACK over and over
3. functional health display (kind of) (still fracked up, but less!)

5. you can no longer die via falling off the map (new areas are created underneath you as you fall)
   1. this also works if you go too far west, east and north too.
6. touching the WALL showers you in fire instead of outright kill you. You are also not as easily destroyed by said wall.
